When are orders shipped and how long does delivery take?

We ship orders the same day if placed by 3 PM AEST. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Is it legal to purchase your products in Australia?

Yes, it's legal for those 18+ to purchase our products for ornamental or souvenir purposes. However, we recommend checking your local laws before ordering, as they can vary by state.

Are your items sent discretely?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All of our parcels are packed with absolute discretion in mind. Packaging is plain and the return sender is the name of the staff member who packs the order and the address is our PO Box address. There will be no identifiable information on the parcel.

We pack all fragile products with multiple layers of bubble wrap, then we use an extra cardboard layer for added piece of mind. Our intact and unbroken delivery rate is above 99%. are sent discretely and usually left in a safe place if you are not home for delivery. However packages will be returned to the nearest Australia Post office if there is no safe place to leave them.

Can I return a product if I'm not happy with it?

Yes, if the product is not as described or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a credit. For more details, refer to our Returns Policy.

Are items insured during shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all orders over $20 are automatically insured at no extra cost. If a parcel is lost or damaged, you won't be out of pocket. Fragile items like glass bongs and pipes are carefully bubble-wrapped. Please note, investigating lost parcels can take a few days, so your patience is appreciated.

I cant find any confirmation of my order?

We automatically send a confirmation email after each order. If you have not recieved the email from Kika, check in your Junk/Spam mail folder after a few minutes (less than 1% of emails may take up to one hour), a wrong email address may have been entered when ordering. In this case, please go to our Contact (www.kika.com.au/contact)page and leave your message and correct email address.

Can I track my order?

Yes. An Australia Post tracking number will be provided via email once goods are dispatched. If you haven't recieved a tracking number from Kika please contact (www.kika.com.au/contact)us so we can investigate.

Yes, it's normal. Smaller glass pipes or bongs often have slight imperfections because they are hand-blown. These minor flaws are a natural part of the craftsmanship and add to their unique character.
